Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be issued for MedAssist subscriptions or paid services. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
  • Incorrect plan charge: you were charged for a plan different from what was confirmed, due to a billing error.
  • Service not provisioned: payment was successful but access was not enabled within a reasonable time, and we cannot rectify it.

Except where required by applicable law, we generally do not provide refunds for partial periods of a subscription that has already started.

2. Non-Refundable Cases (Exceptions)

  • Change of mind after successful activation or use of the Platform during the billing period.
  • Cancellation requested after the renewal has already been processed.
  • Issues caused by your device, network, browser, or third-party systems outside our control.
  • Suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms, misuse, or unlawful activity.
  • Chargeback or payment disputes raised directly with your bank/payment provider (those are handled via the payment network process).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page or email support@niufin.cloud using your registered email address. Please include:

  • Registered account email / hospital name
  • Invoice or transaction reference ID (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Timeframes

  • We typically review refund requests within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days.
  • Actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment method and can take additional time.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible (for example: card, UPI, net banking, or wallet via the payment gateway). If the original method is not available, we may request alternative details to complete the refund in a compliant manner.
