This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions for MedAssist can be cancelled. It applies to paid plans purchased for hospitals, clinics, or individual users (as applicable).
1. How to Cancel
You can cancel using one of the following methods:
- From the Platform: If your account has billing access, go to the Billing section and use the cancellation option for your active subscription.
- By contacting support: Submit a cancellation request through our Contact page or email support@niufin.cloud from your registered email address.
2. Deadlines and Effective Date
- Cancellations are processed for the next renewal. Your subscription typically remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, submit the cancellation request at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal time.
- Once cancelled, auto-renew will be disabled. You may continue to access subscribed features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or compliance.
3. Fees and Charges
- We do not charge a separate cancellation fee unless explicitly stated in your plan or order.
- Charges already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).
- If your organization has a custom contract, the contract terms will govern cancellation fees and notice periods.
4. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation takes effect, you may lose access to paid features. We recommend exporting or downloading any reports or records you are authorized to retain before the end of your billing cycle. Certain records may be retained in accordance with legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.
